The Kenya Health Human Resource Advisory Council (KHHRAC) is established to coordinate and advise national and county governments on improving Kenya's healthcare workforce to build a stronger and more responsive health workforce. The Council provides strategic leadership and coordination on matters of health workforce development and management in Kenya.

Its goals include addressing workforce challenges, enhancing recruitment and training and improving retention policies to ensure a skilled, motivated and well-distributed healthcare staff.
